Detainee reported he was released from detention on 24 April 2005. Detainee was arrested on 4 April 2005 for allegedly attempting to hold an unlawful assembly.

Wife of detainee reported her husband informed her that he had been summoned to the Police on 4 April 2005 for 9pm. Wife reported the detainee went to the Police station and telephoned wife at around midnight on same night and informed that he was not allowed to say why he had been detained but requested that wife sent him toiletries. Wife reported that she sent to the Police the toiletries husband requested.

Wife reported since the day her husband was arrested on 4 April she had not heard from him.
